Meet Kelsey
I am a Licensed Associate Counselor with experience working with adults, adolescents and children. I help clients who are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, and phase of life issues. I am passionate about connecting with my clients to build a collaborative and trusting relationship. | believe that each individual has their own unique set of strengths and abilities and I work together with my clients to help them realize their full potential while instilling a sense of hope and building resiliency.
I have a strength-based person-centered approach and some of the methods I use include CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), and Solution-Focused Therapy. I practice through a trauma-informed lens which shifts the focus from “What is wrong with you?” to “What happened to you?”.
My goal for my clients is to live meaningful and fulfilling lives and to navigate through life’s challenges with confidence in themselves. The right therapist can make all the difference, if you feel we would be a good match, please reach out for a 15 minute consultation.
