Jeff Skeens.
Jeff brings over 25 years of experience of helping people. Jeff’s training enables him to observe various types of systems, and observe where certain breakdowns or stressors have started to hurt relationships, and enables him to help people and organizations who feel stuck.
Amy Skeens.
Amy brings a wealth of knowledge as a wellness coach with the title “Integrative Doula.” She has an undergraduate degree in Family Studies and Child Development and a Masters of Science degree in Marital and Family Therapy. She is also a trained as a birth doula through DONA International.
Krystal Jensen.
Krystal is a Licensed Associate Counselor who has worked with individuals ranging from children and teens to adults, offering tailored therapeutic support for a wide range of concerns. She is experienced in trauma therapy, individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy.
Kelsey Cody Skowronski.
Kelsey is a Licensed Associate Counselor dedicated to helping adults heal from family-of-origin trauma and create more authentic, fulfilling lives. She has a special focus on supporting those who grew up in families impacted by addiction or dysfunction and understands the lasting effects these experiences can have on relationships, career, and overall well-being.
Moné Miller.
Moné is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker committed to people’s growth and healing. She earned her Master in Social Work and Master in Legal Studies from The University of Denver. Moné uses an anti-oppressive, anti-racist lens in her therapeutic practice. She works with both individuals and couples who are experiencing trauma and difficulties in relationships.
